Joy is a professional risk manager based in London, Ontario,
specializing in design and delivery of risk management training and
solutions.
With more than twenty-five years experience with major Canadian
insurers and in risk management, she has a thorough knowledge of the
intricacies of commercial insurance and the need to buy the right coverage
at the best price.
Joy is a Fellow, Chartered
Insurance Professional with the Insurance Institute of Canada and a Fellow,
Risk Manager in the Global Risk Management Institute, which is sponsored by
the Risk and Insurance Management Society. She is also a member of the
Canadian Association of Professional Speakers.
Through her experience as a member of a non-profit board, Joy recognizes the
use of risk management techniques to protect clients, workers,
volunteers and assets.
Joy offers training to help organizations identify and implement appropriate
techniques themselves.
