About Joy Jackson

Joy is a professional risk manager based in London, Ontario who specializes in design and delivery of risk management training and solutions. Her experience as a municipal risk manager and member of non-profit boards, Joy knows how to use risk management techniques to protect clients, workers, volunteers and assets.

She has a thorough knowledge of the intricacies of commercial insurance and the need to buy the right coverage at the best price. This expertise was developed over more than thirty years experience in risk management and with major insurers. She ensures that topics and materials are kept current to meet the challenges and needs of managers, supervisors and elected officials.

Joy is a Fellow, Chartered Insurance Professional with the Insurance Institute of Canada and a Fellow, Risk Manager in the Global Risk Management Institute, which is sponsored by the Risk and Insurance Management Society. She is also a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers.
